Welcome to my home!

please, take off your shoes.

Since this is my first blog post, I'll give you a short introduction of myself -

I'm attending Academy of Art University, studying Interior Architecture & Design, in a 3-year MFA program. My school is located in San Francisco, CA, however, I am in Fort Lauderdale, FL (I am completing coursework remotely, thanks to the pandemic for making it possible).

Over the last eight months, I had been working for a small renovation company in North Miami Beach. One day, I realized, 'I'm over it' and walked out. (By the way, if you are miserable every single day at your job: please note, NOTHING is worth more than your health!) However relieved, I did gain really great experience in learning first-hand how to run a remodeling/construction business.

Now, 70 percent of my time is spent on my studies, and the rest is spent working on this little budding business, Fifth Wall Interiors, LLC; I'm currently doing freelance design work for clients interested in kitchen and bath remodels.

I have a dog and two cats, all named after Star Wars characters (but please don't ask me anything about Star Wars; I literally have seen the movie maybe twice. And I know there's more than 1 movie, but I've only seen the main one LOL)

Thanks for visiting! More blog content coming every day.
